Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Night shift, 3x12-hour schedule from 19:00 to 07:30. Weekend requirement of every other weekend and holiday.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Med Surg/Tele RN to provide exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in managing and interpreting dysrhythmias, utilize rapid response and code teams, and ensure effective line care and management.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient care, including monitoring vital signs and managing dysrhythmias.
• Administer oxygen and manage equipment related to non-invasive airway management.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
• Adhere to isolation precautions and use appropriate PPE.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year recent experience in Med Surg/Tele nursing.
• New York State RN License required.
• Current ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications needed.
