Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated individual to provide support in a skilled nursing facility on a part-time contract basis. This position is essential for ensuring high-quality care and support for the residents, contributing to their overall well-being and comfort.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to residents in daily activities and personal care.
• Support the nursing team in maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment.
• Monitor residents' conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Coordinate with other staff to implement care plans effectively.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of resident care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Prior experience in a skilled nursing facility or similar setting preferred.
• Certification in relevant areas is a plus.
