Job Description

We are seeking a Radiation Therapist who is dedicated to providing exceptional care to patients undergoing radiation treatments. The successful candidate will be proficient in the use of advanced technology and possess the necessary skills to perform radiation therapy procedures safely and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Administer radiation therapy treatments to patients as prescribed by a radiation oncologist.
• Maintain accurate records of patient treatments and progress.
• Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure effective patient care.
• Perform quality assurance checks on radiation equipment.
• Educate patients and their families about the treatment process.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• ARRT certification in Radiation Therapy (ARRT T) is required.
• Experience in a progressive radiation oncology department is preferred.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records systems, particularly Epic, is a plus.
