Radiology Technologist

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Shifts may vary and could include days, evenings, or nights, as needed. Routine weekend shifts should be expected. Call is available for pick-up but not required.

Job Description

The Radiology Technologist is responsible for providing timely diagnostic services to both inpatient and outpatient populations under the direction of a Radiologist and departmental protocols. This position requires strong operating room (OR) skills, as the technologist may have shifts dedicated to OR support.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic radiographic procedures and fluoroscopy.
• Conduct portable radiographic procedures and C-arm procedures.
• Provide imaging services in the operating room and routine procedures.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Graduate of an accredited AMA school.
• Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT).
• Maintains a state license as a general radiographer.
• At least 2 years of experience in radiology, including prior travel experience.
