Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF). The ideal candidate will possess an active California nursing license and have experience in a SNF setting. Knowledge of the Rehab Optima (NetHealth) computer system is essential for this role.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing facility.
• Administer medications and manage patient care plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Utilize the Rehab Optima (NetHealth) system for documentation and management of care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active California RN license.
• Experience in skilled nursing facilities.
• Knowledge of Rehab Optima (NetHealth) computer system preferred.
