8-hour day shifts, with a guarantee of 36 hours and the expectation of working up to 40 hours per week.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior outpatient experience and be passionate about providing high-quality care to patients. This position allows new graduates to apply and be part of our dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient caseload of 12-14 patients per day, while adhering to a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week.
• Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and implement therapy interventions for outpatient orthopedic patients.
• Participate in double-booking follow-up visits as required.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
• Ensure all overtime hours are approved by the director before being worked.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist is required. Outpatient experience is preferred, but new graduates are welcomed to apply.
