Cath Lab Tech - Structural Heart Experience Required

This is a 4x10-hour day shift position, working from 07:00 AM to 05:30 PM. The role requires availability for 6-8 days per month, which includes 4-5 weekdays and 1 weekend.

Job Description

The Cath Lab Tech will be responsible for assisting with cardiac catheterization and interventional procedures, including structural heart interventions (TAVR, Mitraclip, Watchman) and peripheral vascular angiography. The candidate will work in a busy Cath Lab with three procedure rooms and one dedicated EP lab.

Responsibilities

• Conduct procedures including cardiac cath and intervention, structural heart procedures, and vascular angiography.
• Prepare and manage equipment for surgeries, ensuring sterile techniques are maintained.
• Assist with hemodynamic monitoring and device implants in the electrophysiology lab.
• Perform fluoroscopy studies and maintain documentation in the PACS system.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Cath Lab, specifically with structural heart and electrophysiology procedures.
• Required certifications: BLS, ARRT, Fluoroscopy Permit.
• California CRT license is required at the time of submission.
