Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapist

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team. This role involves providing top-quality care to patients in an outpatient orthopedic setting. The ideal candidate will have experience in outpatient therapy, although new graduates are also encouraged to apply. This position offers the opportunity to float between clinics and be part of a travel team.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and develop treatment plans for patients with orthopedic conditions.
• Provide therapy interventions and monitor patient progress.
• Meet productivity expectations of 60 visits per week.
• Manage a patient load of 12-14 patients per day, with double-booking of follow-up visits expected.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to enhance patient care.

Schedule

This is an 8-hour day shift, with a guaranteed 36 hours and the potential to work up to 40 hours per week. Overtime must be approved by the director before it is worked.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• State licensure as a Physical Therapist preferred.
• Prior outpatient experience is preferred, but not required.
• First-time travelers and new graduates will be considered.
