Full-time; 4-10 hour shifts per week, with rotating weekends and evening/weekend call.

Job Description

The Cath Lab Nurse is responsible for planning and coordinating the delivery of quality nursing care for patients undergoing cardiac procedures in the Cath Lab. The role requires expertise in pre, intra, and post-procedure care, with a focus on utilizing the ANA Standards of Nursing Practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care for patients in the Cath Lab.
• Circulate and assist in cardiac procedures in both the Cath Lab and Hybrid Cath Lab.
• Deliver pre and post-procedure care ensuring patient comfort and safety.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current Colorado RN license, Compact RN License or eligibility to obtain.
• Current BLS and ACLS issued by the American Heart Association.
• Minimum of 3 years of RN Cath Lab/EP experience.
• Vascular and/or CVOR experience is a plus.
• Mandatory Flu Vaccination (no declinations accepted) from October 1st through April 1st, must be from the current flu season.
