The successful candidate will work 3 x 12 hour days, with weekends and holidays as scheduled.

Job Description

We are seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with NICU or PICU experience to provide high-quality respiratory care in our facility. The therapist will be responsible for managing respiratory treatments and caring for pediatric and neonatal patients.

Responsibilities

• Administer all aspects of respiratory care, including but not limited to aerogen therapy, Volara, cough assist, IPV, NAVA, Hamilton and Servo ventilators
• Provide airway management and transport of patients within the hospital
• Assist in intubation as necessary
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in PICU and/or Level III or greater NICU
• Current RRT certification preferred; CRT is acceptable
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP
