Schedule

Will work 3x12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, every other weekend.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced ER environment, ensuring that all patients receive timely and effective treatment.

Responsibilities

• Assess and triage patients in the emergency department based on acuity.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Provide critical care for patients with acute medical conditions.
• Document all patient care activities accurately in the Epic charting system.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Float to other units as needed to meet facility demands.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of ER nursing experience required.
• Active South Carolina or Multi-State Compact RN license.
• Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS required. CPI and TNCC are preferred.
• Prior experience with Epic charting system is mandatory.
