Full-time position requiring 40 hours per week with available overtime at Skyline Heights.

Job Description

The Occupational Therapist will provide comprehensive therapy services to promote rehabilitation and improve the quality of life for patients. Responsibilities include evaluating patient needs, developing personalized treatment plans, and implementing therapy interventions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care and a collaborative approach to rehabilitation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and evaluations of patients' needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as necessary
• Educate patients and families about the rehabilitation process
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current Occupational Therapy licensure
• Experience in a clinical or rehabilitative setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
