Job Description

The Interventional Radiology Registered Nurse will work in a high-acuity patient environment, focusing on critical care gtt management and interventional radiology procedures such as permcath, port placement, thrombectomy, and more. The role requires collaboration with a dedicated team, ensuring optimal patient care in a Level 1 Trauma Center.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the Angiography/Interventional Radiology unit.
• Manage critical care gtt and assist with a variety of interventional procedures.
• Work in 3 angiography labs, including 2 dedicated IR labs and 1 hybrid OR.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation using EPIC Cupid.
• Participate in on-call duties as required.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Critical Care and Interventional Radiology (IR) experience required, including stroke and trauma care.
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications mandatory.
• Must hold a valid RN license.
