Job Description

Join a team dedicated to providing exceptional inpatient rehabilitation services for patients recovering from strokes, brain or spinal cord injuries, amputations, complex orthopedic injuries, and other conditions. As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will play a vital role in assisting with patient care and recovery in a supportive, state-of-the-art environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care under the supervision of registered nursing staff.
• Assist with daily living activities, medication administration, and vital signs monitoring.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to implement patient care plans.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during their rehabilitation process.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• LPN or RN certification required.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience in floor nursing preferred; rehab nursing experience not required but is a plus.
