Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in outpatient settings and be comfortable managing a diverse patient population. The role includes evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, and providing therapy interventions to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and assessments of patients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapy interventions and monitor patient progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and outcomes.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to enhance patient care.
• Meet productivity expectations of 60 visits per week, with a daily patient load of 12-14.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Outpatient experience preferred.
• New graduates will be considered.
• First-time travelers welcome to apply.
• Valid Physical Therapist license required.
