CT Scan Technologist - Night Shift

Schedule

Shifts will be 4x10 hour shifts from 8:30 PM to 7:00 AM, Monday through Thursday.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled CT Scan Technologist to join our team for the night shift. The ideal candidate will be proficient in performing a variety of CT scans and display a commitment to patient care and safety. Experience in level 1 trauma settings is essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and perform CT scans on patients in accordance with prescribed protocols.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the scanning process.
• Maintain and operate imaging equipment effectively.
• Document images and related information accurately in the electronic health record (Epic).
• Work collaboratively with medical staff to provide high-quality patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year experience as a CT Tech; 6 months of level 1 trauma experience required.
• Current certifications: BLS, ARRT (R)(CT), and SCRQSA (R)(CT).
• Experience with Siemens equipment is preferred.
• Radiation badge must be provided by the agency.
• Active South Carolina state license is required prior to start date.
