Day shift from 08:00 AM to 06:00 PM, with guaranteed weekly hours of 32+.

Job Description

We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist with outpatient experience to join our dynamic team. The role involves providing evaluations, treatment plans, and various therapy interventions to a diverse patient population. The successful candidate will handle patients with orthopedic conditions, neurological issues, and chronic pain.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and develop treatment plans based on individual needs.
• Implement therapy interventions for patients with orthopedic, neurological, and chronic pain conditions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in the EHR system.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and progress.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Ohio.
• Outpatient experience is preferred; new graduates are not considered.
