Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) - Day Shift

Schedule

Day shift, 3-12 hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM (potential variations include 7 AM to 3 PM or 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM).

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic team. The RN will be responsible for circulating in the operating room, with scrub experience preferred. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 18 months of recent operating room experience and will be required to possess a permanent Ohio license or a compact state license.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and effective patient care in the operating room.
• Assist with the preparation and maintenance of the operating room set-up.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with the surgical team.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures for patient safety and compliance.
• Participate in the assessment of patient status and respond appropriately to their needs.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 18 months of recent experience in the operating room.
• Valid and active Ohio RN license or compact state license.
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications are required.
