This is a 13-week contract position.

Job Description

The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide high-quality patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the nursing care provided to patients. The RN will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure that all patients receive comprehensive care tailored to their individual needs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop tailored care plans.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and procedures.
• Document patient care accurately and maintain patient confidentiality.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active RN license in the state.
• Completion of Prime CA Sexual Harassment Prevention Training.
• Required vaccinations, including COVID-19, MMR, Hepatitis B, and others as detailed.
• Current driver's license or state ID.
• Successful completion of Prime Core Competencies Exam and Basic Pharmacology Exam.
