Registered Nurse (RN) - Night Shift

Schedule

This position requires a night shift from 07:00 PM to 07:30 AM, including every other weekend and holiday rotation.

Job Description

The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide high-quality care to patients and support their needs during night shifts. This role involves working collaboratively within a healthcare team to ensure the delivery of effective and safe patient care.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient progress and report any changes in condition.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members for effective care planning.
• Educate patients and their families on health conditions and care plans.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid RN license required.
• Proof of required certifications and trainings, including Trinity forms for onboarding.
• Competence in medical assessments and patient care protocols.
