Physical Therapist (Outpatient) - South Carolina

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Days: Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM

Job Description

The Physical Therapist will be responsible for evaluating, planning, and implementing treatment programs for patients in an outpatient setting, focusing on rehabilitation and improving patient mobility and functionality.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Perform therapy interventions in accordance with practice standards
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients on strategies to improve mobility and overall health

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist
• Current South Carolina Physical Therapist license
• CPR certification (BLS) required
