Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Interventional Radiology Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Angiography and Interventional Radiology (IR) team. The RN will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients undergoing various interventional procedures in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be proficient in critical care management, particularly in Angiography and IR settings, with a focus on stroke and trauma care.

Responsibilities

• Administer critical care medications and manage patient care before, during, and after interventional procedures.
• Collaborate effectively with a team of healthcare professionals including techs and other RNs.
• Monitor patient vitals and intervene as necessary to ensure patient safety and comfort.
• Perform and assist with a variety of interventional radiology procedures such as permcaths, port placements, thrombectomies, and more.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license in the state of Georgia.
• ACLS and BLS certifications are required.
• Experience in critical care, Angiography/IR, stroke, and trauma care.
