Job Description

Organizes and conducts medically prescribed physical therapy addressing impairments and functional limitations to improve the patient's quality of life following injury or disease. The physical therapy assessment and treatment will consider the patient's gender, age, cultural differences, and educational needs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical therapy assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Implement therapeutic interventions and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress.
• Educate patients and their families about the treatment process and home care strategies.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Completed a professional course of education accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association.
• Current licensure to practice Physical Therapy in the state of Montana and BLS certification.
• Amiable personality with the ability to make sound judgments while maintaining an empathetic and understanding attitude towards patients.
• Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screen.
