Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Labor and Delivery RN to provide care in our Birthing Center. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in L&D and postpartum care, with the ability to circulate and recover C-section patients. Our facility is designated as Baby-Friendly, and we are committed to providing a family-centered approach to care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments in the Labor & Delivery unit.
• Provide care and support to mothers during labor and delivery.
• Monitor fetal heart rates and manage complications in high-risk situations.
• Assist in the care of newborns and support breastfeeding initiatives.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Labor & Delivery.
• 1 year of experience in Mother Baby care is acceptable.
• Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and NRP required.
• Must be licensed to practice as an RN.
