Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Health RN with a minimum of 18 months of recent experience in an acute care setting, specifically in behavioral health. The candidate will be responsible for milieu management, medication management, assessments, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral health assessments and develop care plans.
• Manage medication administration and monitor patient responses.
• Provide milieu management and therapeutic interventions.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum 18 months of permanent experience in a short-term acute care hospital (non-psychiatric setting).
• Active AHA or American Red Cross BLS certification.
• Permanent Ohio or compact license in hand at the time of submission.
• Two recent references from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in the specialty of application.
