Shift: 3x12 hour nights (19:00 - 07:30)

Job Description

Join our team as a Medical-Surgical / Telemetry Registered Nurse in a dynamic unit that caters to a diverse patient population. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and the ability to manage a variety of care needs effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to medical-surgical and telemetry patients.
• Monitor vital signs and telemetry readings to ensure patient safety.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Float to units of equal or lesser acuity as necessary.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience.
• Experience with Epic charting system is required.
• Current BLS and NIHSS certifications are required.
• Experience managing patient ratios of 1:6.
