Night Shift: 3x12 Hour (19:00 - 07:00)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Neuro ICU Nurse to provide exceptional care for patients in a neuro intensive care unit. This position requires a robust skill set and clinical knowledge pertinent to neuro-related patient diagnoses.

Responsibilities

• Administer care to patients with neurological conditions
• Manage a patient ratio of 1:2
• Utilize Epic for charting and documentation
• Perform specialized procedures such as care of ventilated patients, ICP monitoring, and management of acute strokes
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including IV teams, respiratory services, and more

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of Neuro ICU experience
• Certifications required: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
• Travel experience is required
