The shift for this position is Monday through Friday, from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM.

Job Description

In this position, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive care to patients according to established protocols and guidelines. You will work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes while adhering to the highest standards of professional conduct.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered care in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions and care protocols.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient recovery and well-being.
• Adhere to all healthcare policies and legal requirements.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current and valid license/certificate relevant to the role.
• Completion of required health screenings and vaccinations, including Tdap, COVID-19, MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza, and Varicella.
• Successful completion of Trinity Skills Checklist and other onboarding forms.
• Favorable results from a Trinity Criminal Background Check and Motor Vehicle Report (if applicable).
