Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Acute Care Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in acute care settings and be committed to providing high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized patient assessments, treatment planning, and rehabilitation strategies.
• Monitor patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and families on effective rehabilitation techniques.
• Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an acute care setting required.
• Active and valid state PT license is required.
• Experience with charting systems, specifically Epic, is essential.
• Must possess skills in areas such as body mechanics, rehabilitation for spinal conditions, and post-operative care.
