Schedule

36-40 hours/week; Monday-Friday, evenings required. Flexible scheduling options available (3x12s, 4x10s, or variable 8s). No weekends, no holidays, no call.

Job Description

Staff Physical Therapists are responsible for direct patient care, evaluating and treating a variety of individuals based on the setting. The successful candidate will exhibit strong customer service and clinical skills, thorough documentation, and a focus on patient outcomes. Candidates must practice with high moral and professional standards and be dedicated to continuous professional development. Effective time management and teamwork skills are essential for contributing to the operation of the Health System.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient-based, one-on-one patient care.
• Utilize Epic for documentation.
• Float to inpatient settings occasionally.
• Supervise and develop assistants involved in patient care.
• Manage a caseload that includes orthopedic and neurological cases across ages 10-100.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Valid state licensure for Physical Therapy is required. Strong clinical experience in an outpatient setting preferred.
