Schedule

7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, three to four 12-hour shifts per week, with weekend requirements of every 3rd weekend or more if willing.

Job Description

The NICU RN provides specialized nursing care for infants requiring Level 3 care, including those on CPAP, vents, and UVC lines. The RN also supports labor and delivery as needed and emphasizes strong developmental care.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 3 care to infants, managing clinical requirements such as CPAP and ventilation.
• Support labor and delivery when needed.
• Implement strong developmental care strategies.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team comprising physical therapists, nutritionists, speech therapists, and social work.
• Care for infants born at 22 weeks and above, excluding surgical patients.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 2-3 years of Level 3 NICU experience required.
• Must possess NRPE certification.
• BSN required.
