4 × 10 hour shifts with rotating days, evenings, and nights; weekends and call required, with a maximum of 2 call and 2 weekend shifts in a 6-week period.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Surgical Technologist with Level 1 Trauma experience for a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will possess the necessary certifications and have experience in various surgical specialties including General, Ortho, Neuro, Vascular, Trauma, Robotics, and Transplant. This position requires a high level of adaptability and teamwork in fast-paced scenarios, ensuring optimal patient care and safety.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing the operating room for surgical procedures.
• Maintain a sterile field during surgeries.
• Handle surgical instruments and supplies efficiently.
• Support the surgical team in ensuring high-quality patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• National Certification REQUIRED (NBSTSA-CST or NCCT-TS-C).
• A minimum of 1 year of Level 1 Trauma experience in the last 3 years.
• At least 1 year of travel experience within the last 3 years.
• Strong skills in General, Ortho, Neuro, Vascular, Trauma, Robotics, and Transplant.
