12-hour night shifts, three shifts per week with rotating weekends and holidays.

Job Description

The PCU/Tele unit consists of two levels with a total of 42 beds, known for its high-quality patient care. Responsibilities include monitoring patients with varying acuity levels primarily related to telemetry needs, ensuring quality patient care, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients with cardiac and telemetry needs.
• Monitor patient status and report changes to the health care team.
• Administer medications and manage IV drips as per protocol.
• Document patient care accurately in the EPIC system.
• Participate in weekend and holiday rotations as required.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Previous experience in PCU/Tele preferred.
• Must have an unexpired driver's license and provide proof at the time of submission.
