Shift: 18:30 - 07:00 (12-hour shifts), with weekend and holiday rotations.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Inpatient Rehabilitation team. The role includes working with adults requiring acute rehabilitation services, particularly those recovering from stroke, brain and spinal-cord injuries, amputations, and complex orthopedic injuries.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in an inpatient rehabilitation setting.
• Assist with stabilization and perform potential CNA duties as needed.
• Help answer call lights to ensure patient safety and comfort.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to promote optimal patient recovery.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must have a minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in skilled nursing or another 24/7 skilled care environment.
• Preferred experience in med/surg or inpatient rehabilitation settings.
• Must have a current BLS certification.
• Must have a minimum of 13 weeks of Epic experience.
