Job Description

The Med/Surge Tele Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a 22-bed unit, focusing on patients with cardiac, respiratory, surgical, and mental health needs. This role requires effective communication and collaboration with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient vitals and clinical indicators.
• Administer medications and manage IV therapy.
• Provide patient education and support to patients and families.
• Document patient care and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid State Nursing License.
• Experience in Med/Surg tele nursing preferred.
• Completion of the required health checks and immunizations.
• Current BLS certification.
