Registered Nurse - 3 12-Hour Shifts

Day shifts with three 12-hour shifts each week, including every other weekend.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will embrace our core values which emphasize quality, respect, teamwork, and results orientation. Responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessments on all patients within 8 hours of admission.
• Develop individual plans of care and identify teaching needs based on patient assessments.
• Participate in weekly team conferences, providing timely updates on patient status.
• Utilize the nursing process—assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care.
• Initiate discharge planning from the day of admission and conduct patient education.
• Communicate pertinent information regarding changes in patient status to the care team.
• Provide direction and supervision to ancillary nursing personnel.
• Maintain a safe working environment in compliance with safety policies.
• Assume charge responsibilities as requested after the orientation period.
• Seek professional growth and pursue continuing education and self-study.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current BLS certification required prior to the first shift.
• ACLS certification required prior to the first shift (CIRH ONLY).
• Minimum of two (2) years of bedside clinical experience is highly desired.
• ICU or Critical Care experience is preferred.
