Registered Nurse (RN) - NOC Shift

Job Description

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for assessing, implementing, and evaluating patient care under the direction of a licensed physician. The RN utilizes their knowledge of nursing principles, theories, and current practices to provide individualized care in collaboration with patients, their families, and the healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop care plans in collaboration with healthcare team.
• Implement and evaluate care interventions based on established protocols.
• Direct nursing support staff in the delivery of patient care per standards and policies.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare providers.

Schedule

This position requires 3 × 12-hour shifts per week, totaling 36 hours.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
• 1 year of experience in a clinical specialty preferred.
• Current Pennsylvania Registered Nurse License required.
• Basic Life Support certification required.
• Multi State Compact RN License required.
