Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Medical/Surgical Registered Nurse to provide high-quality nursing care to patients with spinal neuro trauma, surgical cases, gunshot wounds, quadriplegics, and paraplegics. The successful candidate will be an integral part of our healthcare team, focusing on delivering compassionate and effective patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients on the medical/surgical unit.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document patient information accurately in electronic health records.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a medical/surgical setting.
• Current and valid nursing license.
• Completion of Nursys License Verification.
• Skills checklist and professional references required.
• EPIC system experience is preferred.
