Day shifts from 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Medical-Surgical Nurse for our facility. The nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients in a fast-paced environment. The nurse will handle an average of 10 patients per day in a Med-Surg/ICU setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Monitor patient conditions and maintain accurate health records.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide optimal patient care.
• Educate patients and their families about diseases, medications, and post-discharge care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• BLS certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross).
• Minimum of 1 year of acute care experience.
• Experience with EMR systems, preferably MedHost.
• Must wear solid color scrubs while on duty.
