CVOR RN - Night Shift

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced CVOR RN to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cardiovascular operating room procedures and the ability to scrub and circulate for open heart adult surgery cases.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care for open heart surgeries, including CABG and valve procedures.
• Scrub for open CVOR cases and circulate as needed.
• Float to the Main OR if there are no CVOR cases during the shift.
• Maintain knowledge of Impella and HeartMate devices; provide support for ECMO and TAVR procedures.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• A minimum of 3 years of CVOR experience is required.
• BLS certification is required; CNOR certification is preferred.
• Active New Jersey or Compact license is required at time of submission.
• Experience with patients undergoing open heart surgeries is essential.
