Monday through Friday, normal business hours with some occasional weekend phone call coverage.

Job Description

We are currently seeking an Assistant Unit Manager to support our Pre-Admission, Pre-op, and PACU leadership team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of these critical units.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of PACU and Pre-op units.
• Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current CA State license as a Registered Nurse.
• BSN or higher degree in nursing.
• 5+ years of experience in PACU and/or Pre-op.
• 2+ years of leadership experience, specifically in PACU.
