AM Shift: 7 AM - 7 PM, 3x12 Hours

Job Description

The Registered Nurse will utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate the plan of care for patients served. In collaboration with the healthcare team, focus will be on promoting evidence-based care within a healing culture for the patient population and their families. Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to provide comprehensive care to mothers and babies as a couplet.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of care plans and adapt as necessary.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN License - Required.
• A minimum of 1 year of acute care Mother Baby nursing experience in a hospital setting - Required.
• Excellent communication and computer skills.
• BSN - Preferred.
