MRI Technologist - Mobile Unit

12-Hour Days: 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM, Monday to Friday.

Job Description

Join our Mobile MRI unit working with the Rockefeller Neuroscience Institute. As an MRI Technologist, you will play a vital role in the setup and operation of the new mobile unit, scheduled to open on January 18, 2026. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of our imaging services.

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI scans on brain, spine, abdomen, pelvis, chest, and musculoskeletal areas.
• Coordinate with physicians and provide clear communication regarding imaging procedures.
• Manage the operational setup of the mobile unit prior to opening.
• Start IVs as required for specific imaging studies.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Certification: ARRT or ARMRIT required.
• Licensure: West Virginia MRI license is necessary.
• BLS Certification required.
• Experience in a mobile setting preferred, with the ability to work independently as the sole technologist.
