Schedule

Day 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:30) and Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30) shifts are available, rotating between day and night as required based on hospital operational needs.

Job Description

The Med/Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients in a medical-surgical telemetry setting, focusing on patient assessments and monitoring, medication administration, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patient conditions and vital signs.
• Develop and implement personalized patient care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with medical teams and family members regarding patient care.
• Complete required documentation accurately and timely.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 18 months of recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience.
• Must have 18 months of permanent experience in the specialty applying for prior to travel assignments.
• Active Ohio RN license or Compact State in hand.
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required.
• Must be willing to work at least every other holiday.
