Schedule

Rotating shifts, with every other weekend and holidays/on-call/callback as needed. No straight shift schedules available.

Job Description

As a Level II Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for the provision of competent care based on established standards, under the direction of the Nurse Manager. Your role may include responsibilities such as charge nurse, preceptor, and committee member, while delivering exceptional clinical practice and service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Provide competent telemetric nursing care based on established standards.
• Act as a charge nurse and preceptor as required.
• Participate in committee activities as needed.
• Maintain current knowledge of best practices through professional development and research.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Telemetry experience is required.
• Current RN license in New York is mandatory.
• Two years of nursing experience is required.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association is required.
