Assignment Duration

This is a contract position for 8 weeks.

Schedule

Days: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM with alternating weekends. The schedule follows a 3/2 split: 4 shifts one week and 3 shifts the next.

Job Description

The Travel Med Surg RN will provide nursing care in a medical-surgical environment, working in a ratio of 6:1. Candidates must have Cerner experience and hold valid BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in a medical-surgical setting.
• Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in patient condition.
• Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Adhere to safety and regulatory guidelines in the delivery of care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• BLS certification
• Experience with Cerner EMR
• Permanent address must be located more than 50 miles from the facility
