Job Description

The Rehabilitation teams evaluate and treat patients with injuries or conditions that have caused either a decline in physical mobility or functional independence. The Physical Therapy team evaluates and treats patients with acute and chronic injuries or limitations that have neuro/musculo/skeletal in nature. Services include sports and orthopedic rehab, neurological and stroke rehab, balance, and spinal therapy.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with various physical therapy needs.
• Develop personalized treatment plans to improve patient mobility and functional independence.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Provide education and resources to patients to aid in their recovery.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current unencumbered Oregon Physical Therapy license required.
• Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification required.
• Ability to travel to multiple points of care.
