Responsibilities

• Complete comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients.
• Utilize clinical reasoning to develop appropriate treatment plans and goals.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to address discharge barriers.
• Manage individual, concurrent, and group treatment sessions effectively.
• Maintain clear, concise, accurate, and timely medical record documentation.
• Participate in student programs, providing supervision and evaluations.
• Create individualized professional development plans with clinical management.
• Engage in patient and professional advocacy efforts.
• Adhere to state practice acts and maintain professional licensure.
• Contribute to performance improvement initiatives and offer feedback.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• BLS Certification required prior to first shift.
• Valid and current state license required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience is required.
• Previous inpatient rehab experience is preferred.
