Schedule

Nights, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM with alternating weekends. The schedule follows a 3/2 split, meaning 4 shifts one week and 3 the next.

Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Travel Med Surg RN to provide nursing care in a surgical unit. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills and the ability to handle a patient ratio of 6:1.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care for patients in a medical surgical setting.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, administering medications and treatments as necessary.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation using Cerner EMR.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current BLS certification.
• Experience with Cerner EMR.
• Permanent address must be more than 50 miles from the facility.
• A minimum of 2 years of recent Med Surg nursing experience is preferred.
