Schedule

Monday - Thursday, straight nights: - 9p-7a or 7p-7a (40-hour or 48-hour workweek), no weekends, no on-call.

Job Description

Join a multidisciplinary team dedicated to providing care for pediatric patients across the age continuum. Specialties include general surgery, urology, dental, OMFS, neurosurgery, plastics, burns, ENT, and orthopaedics. Candidates must be a Certified Surgical Technician or meet NYS requirements to be grandfathered into Public Health law 2824. Experience with pediatric patients is beneficial.

Responsibilities

Be part of an exceptional surgical team, ensuring the best outcomes for our pediatric patients. You will be required to scrub and circulate during surgeries and support the surgical team in various specialties.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Tech License (NY License ONLY)
• BLS Certification (American Heart Association ONLY)
• Two (2) years of surgical experience required
• Experience in a level 1 trauma center is preferred
• Able to scrub and circulate
• Pediatric experience is helpful
